Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Domestic orders are sent via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, pending on the total weight of your package or unless otherwise indicated.  International orders are sent via UPS.  Customers will receive an email confirmation once orders have been received.  Tracking information will be sent by email once packages have been shipped. 

Free U.S. Shipping

Free shipping on a $99 USD minimum purchase applies to orders shipping in the 48 contiguous United States.  Order subtotal must be $99 prior to shipping costs for discounts to apply.

International Shipping

Please contact your customs authority to find out if any additional import fees or taxes will be charged. Customers are responsible for any import and/or duty fees charged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time; handling fees may apply.

Losses and Damages

WENVIA is not responsible for any loss or damages occurred during USPS transit.  However, please contact us if you have a difficult time tracking your package and we will do what we can to assist.

WENVIA is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery.  Customers are responsible for ensuring s/he inputs their correct shipping address at checkout.

Once orders are shipped, customers will receive tracking information and are responsible for tracking their shipment.  If the tracking shows the package was delivered and customers claim s/he did not receive their package, WENVIA is unable to file a claim with the courier service.  As a result, WENVIA will not be able to refund or replace purchases.  

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

WENVIA reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.
