Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been placed and shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for resolution:
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue either:
- A replacement, or
- Store credit
Refunds to the original form of payment are issued only when a replacement is unavailable, at Wenvia’s discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will send the correct item or issue store credit.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Wenvia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, including essential oils and fragrance oils. Individual reactions vary. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review ingredient lists thoroughly and perform a patch test prior to full use.

Wenvia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
