Due to the nature of our products and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns.  We are unable to resell any item that has been out of our possession.  All sales are deemed as final.

Soap Appearance

Our artisan soaps are handcrafted with high-quality ingredients meticulously selected to ensure a hard, long lasting and cleansing bar of soap.  Handmade in small batches, each bar of soap is individually cut and bevelled by hand.  Best efforts are made to describe and photograph its physical attributes.  As such, there can be a slight variance in size, color and weight.

Medical Claims

Per FDA Regulations, WENVIA LLC cannot and will not make any medical claims based on any soap ingredients.  The main purpose of soap is to cleanse.  We are not medical professionals or healthcare professionals.

Product Warnings/Caution

If any product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
